5 Workout Motivations

01) Daily Workout Jar
This is a great option when you know you want to get a workout in but either don't have a lot of time or don't know what you want to do! I color coated mine by type of work out (arms, legs, back, abs, and cardio) then each day you can choose as many as you want and choose the amount of rounds you do! This is something I'm just starting but I've see it on Pinterest a lot and it looks like a great tool!

02) Cute Workout Clothes
What is more motivating than cute workout clothes? I love finding fun printed leggings and cute tennis shoes. Some of my favorite workout clothes come from Old Navy. They're cheaper than a lot of other athletic stores but the quality is pretty nice!
03) Create 365 Fitness Planner
I recently discovered this fitness planner at my local Michael's Craft Store and I LOVE it! It makes tracking your meals and workouts so easy! You can use it as a planner to plan ahead or to fill in at the end of your day to track your progress. It even has pages at the end of each month to track your monthly progress. I highly recommend it!

04) Yoga Videos on YouTube
I mentioned this in another recent post but I love following the Do You Yoga series on YouTube! They have a great 30 days of Yoga playlist that has a variety of 10-15 minute videos. If you're looking for some longer videos I would check out Yoga With Adriene.
05) Inspirational Wall Art
Sometimes you just need a little bit of inspiration! I've made these fun inspirational posts that you can print off and hang in your room, by your desk, or anywhere else that you will see them! Get them here and here.

How do you keep yourself motivated to workout? I'd love to hear your tricks!
