Blackberry Bourbon Lemonade

DRINK INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Bulleit Bourbon

2 oz lemon juice

2 oz blackberry simple syrup

ice cubes

club soda if desired

BLACKBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS

12 oz blackberries

1/2 cup sugar

In a small sauce pan, add the blackberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until berries are a syrup. Strain to remove seeds and let cool.

In a shaker, add the bourbon, lemonade, and blackberry sauce and a couple of ice cubes. Shake to combine and chill. Pour over ice an enjoy.
