I'm sure you are reading this and thinking there is no way you're going to try brussels sprouts and broccoli. They are two of the most under-rated and over-hated vegetables ever, and they just happen to be two of my favorites! I could probably eat steamed broccoli with just a dash of salt every single day for any meal of the day, but I know that just won't cut it for most people.
This is one of my favorite ways to prepare brussels sprouts and broccoli and I think it's definitely something you should check out! They're easy to make and so delicious!
Ingredients:
• Fresh Brussels Sprouts
• Fresh Broccoli
• Truffle Flavored Olive Oil (from Trader Joe's) Or Garlic Olive Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Onion Powder
• Garlic Powder
First, preheat your oven to 450°F. Next, rinse and cut your broccoli and brussles sprouts and separate into two separate bowls. I like to cut my brussels sprouts in quarters so they cook up crispier and I like smaller pieces of broccoli.

Next, toss the brussels sprouts with the truffle flavored olive oil and stir.

Next, lay the brussels sprouts out on a pan that is covered with aluminum foil. Evenly coat them with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and a little bit of parmasean cheese. Place them into the oven and roast them for 25 minutes.

When the brussels sprouts are roasting, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

After 25 minutes, take the brussels sprouts out of the oven. Stir them and add the prepared broccoli. Roast the brussels sprouts and broccoli for another 15 minutes or until they are slightly crispy. Once they are done sprinkle with a little bit more parmasean cheese and enjoy!

Let me know what you think about this food to try! I hope you love them as much as I do!
